47th Annual General Body meeting on 8-12-24 at 10.30 a.m.

Dear esteemed members,
Notice is hereby given that, the 47th Annual General Body Meeting of Navi Mumbai Tamil Sangam will be held on Sunday 8-12-24 at 10.30 a.m. (Sector 9 AVashi) to transact the following business.

AGENDA
1. Welcome address by the Secretary.
2. To pay homage to and condole the sad demise of life members of NMTS.
3. To ratify the membership of individuals whose applications have been scrutinised and recommended for life membership by the Managing Committee. 4. To confirm the minutes of the 46thAnnual General Body meeting held on 7-1-24.
5. To receive and adopt the reports of the activities undertaken by the Board of Trustees and Managing Committee for the year 2023-24.
6. To adopt and approve theAnnualAccounts andAuditor’s Report for the year 2023-24.
7. To discuss and pass a resolution for the allocation of funds to the Managing Committee and Board of Trustees for 2025-26.
8. To appoint StatutoryAuditor till the nextAGM and fix his professional fee.
9. To appoint Internal auditor till the nextAGM and decide the honorarium.
10. To update the members about the Change Report registration matter at the Office of the Charity Commissioner.
11. To discuss and amend bye law clauses 3(d). 3(g), 3(o) 12,13,32,41,89,91(g) 93 (f) 94,132 Schedule Election rules -13 of and obtain AGM approval for the said amendments.
12.Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. .
